Over 55,000 Happy ClientsThe Richardson® 112 is one of the best-selling trucker caps in the country. It has a structured front, a breathable mesh back, and an adjustable snapback that fits most people. If you need a Richardson 112 trucker hat with logo for staff wear, giveaways, teams, or merch, this style gives your art a clean, wearable finish.
Richardson has made caps for more than 50 years, and the 112 remains its signature trucker style. With 50+ colour combinations and a shape people already know, it consistently ranks near the top of custom cap orders year after year.
The front panels and visor use a 65/35 polyester-cotton blend for shape and durability. The back uses polyester mesh for airflow. A six-panel, mid-profile build, pre-curved visor, cotton sweatband, and snapback closure create the familiar fit. Most sizes run from 7 to 7¾.
The firm front panel makes Richardson 112 embroidery look clean and readable. Direct embroidery is the go-to choice for a polished finish. 3D puff adds a raised look. Patch options work well for art with extra detail or color.
These branded trucker hats have many uses. Companies order them for trade shows, staff apparel, and welcome kits . Teams use them for practice and travel gear. Shops sell them as merch. Nonprofits use them for fundraisers and event swag.
Ordering through iPromo is simple. Pick your hat colors first. There are more than 50 options. Next, send your logo file. AI, EPS, PDF, or a high-resolution PNG work well. Our team preps the art for embroidery or patches at no extra charge. Then you review a digital proof. After approval, we start production and ship with tracking.
iPromo uses tiered pricing for bulk Richardson 112 hats, so larger orders usually lower the cost per cap. That makes them a solid pick for custom snapback hats for business, events, or staff programs.
Most orders take 7 to 14 business days after proof approval. If your deadline is close, ask about rush service .
