What are my options for customization?
Select wine and liquor bottles can be etched with your logo or design. Packaging and greeting cards can also be customized to your specification. Please contact your iPromo Account Manager to discuss your options.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
We can ship to AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. We can not ship outside of the United States.
Can packages be left at the door?
No, all packages containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult 21 or older. If you are concerned that someone will not be available to accept the package, we recommend shipping to a business address to ensure a smooth delivery.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we offer an individual shipping service that makes it easy to send gifts to an entire list of people. Submit a single order along with a spreadsheet of addresses and we'll do all the rest!
Can I add non-alcoholic items to my order like barware or food?
Absolutely - ask your iPromo Account Manager today for options.
Can I ship on my customer's shipping account?
There are many regulations and rules on shipment of alcohol so, the answer is NO. All shipping must be complete on the alcohol suppliers shipping account. Your shipping charges will be added to your total order.
