AWS re:Invent swag has to survive a lot of walking. AWS re:Invent runs from November 30 to December 4, 2026, and it does not stay in one building. Sessions are spread across several hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, so attendees spend a lot of the week walking between venues with a bag on their shoulder. Anything you hand them has to be worth carrying.
The re:Invent crowd is technical and has a backpack full of conference swag from previous years. Practical items do better than novelty. The picks below are things a cloud engineer will use after the show, on the desk or in the bag.

Everyone gets a hoodie and a bottle
AWS gives every attendee a hoodie and a water bottle. A second hoodie is easy to skip. A zip layer or a tech pouch stands out more.

First-timer guides tell attendees to pack a spare duffel and be picky about the swag they take. Light, flat items win. Offer to ship big prizes to winners instead of handing them over.

The Expo runs Monday 4 to 7 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM. Aim to run out on Thursday rather than ship stock home.

We handle the logistics
From the warehouse to the booth, and whatever is left after the show.
Plan for a multi-venue show
Because re:Invent is spread out, booth traffic depends on where your booth is and which sessions run nearby. Light, compact items work best for the open table, since people are carrying everything they collect between hotels. Keep bulkier or more expensive items, like the travel case, for scheduled meetings and demos.
Shipping into Las Vegas
Each re:Invent venue has its own receiving rules, and exhibitor freight usually goes through the official contractor named in your exhibitor manual. Check which hotel your booth is in before you print shipping labels. We can split one order between your office and the advance warehouse if you need it.

Frequently asked questions
What swag works best at AWS re:Invent?
Light, compact items that pack flat for the flight home: webcam covers, laptop sleeves, tech pouches and notebooks. Every attendee already gets an AWS hoodie and bottle, so a zip layer stands out more than another hoodie. Keep premium items, like a travel case or power bank, for scheduled meetings and demos.
When should I order AWS re:Invent swag?
Approve your proof as soon as you can. The show starts the Monday after Thanksgiving and carriers slow down that week, so your order should ship before the holiday. If that is too tight, ask about 24 Hour Rush items.
Where do I ship AWS re:Invent booth swag?
Check which venue your booth is in, then use the receiving instructions and official contractor in your exhibitor manual. We can split one order between the advance warehouse and your office.
What does AWS give re:Invent attendees?
Every attendee gets an AWS hoodie and a water bottle, so a second hoodie or bottle is easy to skip. A zip layer, a tech pouch or a small item that packs flat stands out more.
How much should I budget for re:Invent giveaways?
Our example kit for a booth expecting about 500 visitors, 150 conversations and 25 booked meetings comes to about $3,992 before shipping and tax: Mini Sliding Webcam Cover (500), Puffer Recycled 15" Computer Sleeve (150), Thule Subterra PowerShuttle Mini Case (25). Swap any item and we will re-price it.
What if I miss the re:Invent proof deadline?
Start with our 24 Hour Rush items and tell us your show date. We confirm production and shipping timing with your quote, and can ship to your office if the advance warehouse deadline has passed.
