• White Wine - Aromatic white wine comes from the coastal regions of Portugal. Perfect pairing for seafood; fish and shellfish alike. Or, cool down a spicy native sausage like Portuguese linguica with a chilled glass.
• Rosé - This exquisite rosé can be savored year-round, no matter the occasion. Delight in its refreshing crisp flavors by serving it chilled.
• GSM - Named after its grape make up—Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre—this blend comes from some of the wine world’s warmer climates. The result is an exuberant red wine boasting both fruit and earth notes, brought out best when paired with savory dishes like BBQ.
• Touriga Nacional - A common grape in the after-dinner wine, Port, Touriga Nacional rarely gets to shine on its own. This wine is unique, bold, and floral and can easily stand shoulder to shoulder with a Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Cabernet Sauvignon -  There’s nothing subtle about Cabernet Sauvignon—high in alcohol, full-bodied and robust, you can usually find this red served with a ribeye, New York Strip, or filet mignon (re: carnivores love cab). Classic cabs usually offer tasting notes of chocolate, coffee, and darker fruits like prunes and plums.
• Zinfandel - Zins are grown worldwide but you’ll find some of the tastiest right here in California. Not as bold as a Cab, not as light as a Pinot Noir, it is right in the middle.
